my mediumship gifts and how i use them.

Communication with souls 

Mental Mediumship: I become a conduit for the message or energy coming through.  I set aside my mental and open it directly to the soul for message to come through. Telepathy 

Trance: Allowing a soul or guide to over take my body to bring in the message. This can also be called Channeling 1 single entity or a group

Energy Mediumship: I use this to open the connection to your soul and allow what is needed to make the connection for you to heal into wellness here on earth.  I allow the energy to use my body. 

Physical: Allowing the spirit to use the physical body to bring forth messages or items.  These items are called apports something physical happens through the person which spirit is doing and the person is not touching.
